The Challenge
The academy was using Zoom and Google Classroom separately, with no unified student experience, poor progress tracking, and no Arabic language support in the UI.
Our Solution
We built a branded LMS with live class integration, an interactive course builder, gamified progress system, AI tutoring bot for homework help, and full Arabic RTL support throughout.
The Result
Student engagement (time-on-platform) increased by 3x, course completion rates improved from 34% to 71%, and the academy expanded to 3 new governorates on the back of the digital infrastructure.
