The Challenge
With 45 stores and millions of daily transactions, the retail group had no visibility into cross-store performance, stockouts were frequent, and promotional effectiveness was impossible to measure.
Our Solution
We designed a data warehouse using dbt and BigQuery, built ETL pipelines from their POS systems, and created an executive dashboard with Superset showing real-time KPIs, demand forecasting, and automated reorder suggestions.
The Result
Stockout incidents reduced by 52%, promotional ROI improved by 34%, and the management team can now make data-driven decisions within hours rather than waiting for weekly manual reports.
